Vacations by the lake: a week in Cudrefin

This summer, as last year, a 5-day vacation was offered to the residents of the home and their children.

After the mountain in Gryon, it is this time at the edge of the lake of Neuchâtel, in Cudrefin, that the Arabelle home has put its suitcases.

A house between countryside and beach

The Moulin Scout House welcomed 9 women and their children in a beautiful green space with games for children and a large terrace for happy outdoor meals.

The week was punctuated by activities designed for mothers and children.

On the well-being side, we had two visits from Julie, socio-aesthetician at Accompagner autrement, who offered massages and treatments outside in the shade of the large trees that surrounded the house.

The women also enjoyed a yoga class with Paulina, yoga teacher at Partout.e.s for a relaxing moment in group, without children.

The trip on the big boat, the discovery of the city of Neuchâtel and the visit to the nearby farm with ponies for the children were magical moments for the children.

The real pleasure of a vacation: walk 15 minutes and find yourself at the edge of a quiet and family beach.

The older children were delighted to practice swimming, the younger ones to splash around and everyone went to the refreshment stand to get an ice cream for a snack.

A breath of fresh air

Going away from home and discovering other horizons, running, getting fresh air, meeting animals and nature, represents a real breath of fresh air for women and children who are dealing with a difficult daily life.
