Summer stays at the chalet in Gryon

This summer Arabelle's women and children had the chance to stay in a large chalet in Gryon (VD) for a week of relaxation and nature discovery.

The programme includes a variety of activities for mothers, such as yoga classes, DIY make-up workshops, self-defence classes and swimming pools.

The children were also kept busy with the help of the Jeunesse et Sport monitors, who took them on hikes, to the mini-golf course or to the Landart in the forest.

A breath of fresh air

• Going to Gryon means leaving the daily routine of home and going on holiday like everyone else.
• is to recharge your batteries, to have time for yourself, to enjoy the view of the mountains, to do some sport.
• is also about sharing time together, laughing and dancing.
